Deborah J. Silvester – CEO
Deborah J. Silvester is Silvester & Associates’ Director, an accredited ICCRC Immigration Consultant and an Immigration Law Practitioner.
After receiving her degrees in Criminology and Political Science from Simon Fraser University, Deborah attended Law School at the Faculty of Law in Windsor, Ontario. Deborah is currently registered at American University Washington College of Law.
Drawing on over 30 years of Canadian Federal Government Experience, working as a Federal Senior Immigration Officer, Intelligence Officer and as Manager of the Federal Foreign Worker Program in BC/Yukon, Deborah continues to share her expertise with her clients at Silvester & Associates.
Deborah is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council and is a Commissioner of Oaths.
In her spare time, Deborah managed a successful mayoral campaign in the Township of Langley. Deborah also is Chair of the Board of Directors for Langley Care Society and its Executive Committee and is a member of Rotary.
Ming Bouddavong
Immigration Services Manager
Ming manages the Immigration Services Department which facilitates services for individual clients, including Visitor, Student, Worker and Permanent Residence applications. She has a wealth of experience addressing individual needs and maintaining excellent relationships throughout the application process.
